Nutritional kitchen unlocked a whole new level of bad tasting food for me . 1 week of meals from them is enough for me to decide I’ll never try it again for their food.

It’s a hit and miss for me. The food that is delicious is REALLY good, but the food that is bad really needs to be out of the menu (like the one I’ve posted). This dish is the second time sent to me within the 20 days of my package and it honestly makes me want to die into a McDonald’s bag. Guys you can do better than this common 😭 food is scheduled very timely everyday, vegetables are yummy. Just THIS chicken salad dish needs to go. And there’s another plain fish one which I forgot the name but that’s also really 🤢. Some chicken meals as well is so dry 🏜️
Very impressed with my meal plan so far. Just a few weeks in but the food is delicious and i love the attention to detail with the barcode for keeping track of my nutrition. I love that my food just gets delivered to my door every evening without so much as a knock. Customer service have been great too after I wanted to make some changes to my meal preferences. This is the best meal delivery I have used so far and you guys deserve this 5* review.
Tried a number of such schedule meal plans, and nutrition kitchen is one of the better ones and of great value. Most meals are colourful and delicious, and their misses are quite rare. Delivery is also quite on schedule. Mostly great experience so far.
Last 2 weeks meals have been super yummy! I found myself thinking about how yummy the food was even days after! I had to write a google review.

I’ve tried a few other meal plan delivery services and this is most definitely my favourite by far! Every meal is healthy and well balanced delivered fresh every day so my veggies are always fresh to eat 😁 i love the variety of meals offered, every day is always another surprise - of course you can view the meals selected beforehand but I order the monthly plan so I forget what meals I will be getting in the weeks to follow. Saves me so much time and money with my busy schedule, an excellent service 👌🏽
The meal kits are such life savours. They are easy to prepare them - just throw them into the microwave for 3 minutes and you’ll have hot piping food. You don’t even need a plate because their box is microwave friendly. On top of that, flavours are not being compromised. For busy moms like me, these ready-to-eat meal kits have saved me so much time on meal planning, now my family and I can have nutritional food with a click of a button.
First time trying Nutrition Kitchen. Food tastes good. Also more convenient than other brands since you can microwave the container directly instead of having to transfer the food. Though the meals were meant for daily consumption, I did freeze and reheat some meals. Glad to see that there isn’t a lot of water after microwaving. Only thing that bothers me about Nutrition Kitchen is the multitude of advertisements I received 🙄 Might consider Nutrition Kitchen again after trying other brands.
